Are My Ears Working?

Did anyone else hear DeAnna call Sean - JOHN? Or am I losing my mind?

"You are going to hear a little bit of crunchy sounds."

WHY? Why is Jon going to hear a little bit of crunchy sounds and why do we have to watch him get a hair-transplant? Please add this to my list of procedures I will never do thanks to reality television (I know, I know - I probably never would have needed it anyway) along with the eye surgery Jessica Simpson had on Newlyweds. Why do they have to show it?

I was perfectly fine just watching Jon's reaction to what was going on. I did not need any view from the back. None of the skin cutting, none of the holes being poked, NONE of it. We would look away and when we thought it was safe to look back, we'd see cutting and bleeding and we would yell because we didn't want to see it. UGH!

Army Wives Tonight!

Does the ad photograph above bother anyone else? Isn't Roland the other Army "Wife"?

Those Giant Piggys Should Have Stayed Home

I had to turn my head when they were showing the pigs being butchered. I also had to turn my head when they sent Antonia home instead of Lisa - WHY!? I know why, but I'm still sad -Antonia didn't bring it like she had all the rest of the season. She will be missed by me.

I was really impressed with Stephanie (and Dale) when they discovered their big pan of pork had been left out overnight. If Andrew had left that meat out, I think Lisa would have butchered and served him.

Please, please let Stephanie or Richard win next week (I was really wanting a female to finally win a season but I can't help but really like Richard).

VH1 Marathons...

are so distracting! ESPECIALLY this Bachelor one they have going on now...Andrew's season (my favorite) is on right now.

Speaking of, I'm enjoying the Bachelorette this season, I can't wait to see what happens next week when she's in that t-shirt crying.

The Mole

I'm a little disappointed. It's also hard for me to adjust to change so give me a couple of episodes to get used to the new host.

Anderson Cooper - please leave your successful job at CNN and come back to The Mole! There has got to be some Vanderbilt money to fall back on when it gets cancelled again.

The Mole IS Here

Watch it Monday night June 2! Jason and I watched The Mole years ago when Anderson Cooper hosted and it was such a good reality show. The celebrity versions not so much so if you just caught those and thought it was cheesy - give the non-celebrity version a try!

Bachelor Marathon on VH1

The first Bachelor has been on VH1 today...I can't believe I forgot about the video messages! What happened to those? Okay, and on this episode they are going down from 15 to 8 and the ladies are wearing pants and sweaters. What? They had the finale where he doesn't pick Trista on earlier and now it's back to one of the first episodes...why didn't they move on to Aaron's season? There are a lot less tears and it's nice to see it when the ladies weren't so familiar with how the show "works".

Ask Ausiello

Wow! I can't believe my first post at my changed site devoted to televison has to be such a sad one. It is with great sorrow that I announce to you that Michael Ausiello is leaving TV Guide. As a devoted Aushole, I will miss his spoilers, sarcasm, and wit. Okay, so he's moving on to Entertainment Weekly so I guess I won't have to miss him entirely but what am I supposed to do on Wednesday mornings - as soon as I get online - without Ask Ausiello?

New Blog

Notice the change of the name of this blog? Why you ask? Well plain and simply, I love television. I prefer it over movies...what is the last movie I went to? Sex and the City...a movie based on a TELEVISION SHOW! So, here I will recap my adventures in watching television and I started one more blog for my random thoughts because I do occasionally think of things other than: 1. My Family (www.thejobes.blogspot.com) and 2. Television. I'm going with the website of www.mytucents.blogspot.com because when I came up with this one several of you expressed that I should have chosen it (a play on my maiden name). I really think there are only about four (maybe five) of you that actually visit my blogs but I do enjoy posting things. And if by any chance you visit my blog from other blogs, I'd love to hear from you...I click on blogs all the time that are on friends blogs and really enjoy reading them.
